About this class

45 minutes of Interval Training in our FOCUS Training Studio. Each class is mixed with High Intensity Interval strength & conditioning training which leaves you burning calories all day long. Expect a Full Body workout with some weights, bands, body weight moved, TRX and More. All Levels welcomed, great for beginners. Sign Up Prior to Class is highly encouraged.

What is ClassPass?
