I think thisnisndefijitely one of those workouts that is more effective, the more you understand the movements... so bring my first time, it wasnt as intense as I would like. love the idea and the teacher (Sara) was great with good energy. its karate/boxing/etc movements, in an aerobics like format. glad I tried it, but I think it's just not right for me. definitely regulars in there that love it tho!

Intense workout! I will be sore tomorrow. It would help to have some kick boxing / martial arts knowledge going in, which I do have - the reason I gave it a 4 instead of 5.

nice instructor. wish the class were more intense. critique for the studiothe sound system in the gym is terrible and quite distracting.

Hardcore! The instructor was so high energy and encouraging. But definitely pretty tough if youre a fitness beginner or have never done kickboxing before. Not a lot of time for slow instruction. Be mentally prepared.

What is ClassPass?
