About this class

This workout is Fitwall’s take on high intensity interval training. There are 5 minute super sets, where you perform functional movements (move) for 4 minutes then go hard (sprint) for 30-60 seconds and then rest. These high intensity efforts are incredibly effective at helping to burn fat via afterburn, and in building powerful cardio capacity.

A little too gimmicky for me. The idea of the wall is better then it really is.

We are sorry thats the impression you got from the class! We also bet that many now staple fitness equipment out there were once thought of as gimmicky. The Fitwall is new and unique so we can get why it seems that way but you can't deny that the many functionalities of it give an awesome workout! Its more like the swiss army knife of fitness equipment rather than a "wall" as it may appear to the outside viewer. We hope you give one of our other classes a chance! Maybe you would see more benefits from it in one of our strength or cardio classes. Thanks for taking the time to comment!

So fun and an incredible workout. The wall got you working lots of muscles that you otherwise wouldn't be able to get to.

First timer to Fitwall and it was so much fun! Really good workout- definitely challenged me, but wasnt too intense/difficult for a first timer to make it through. Instructor was very upbeat and encouraging. He would give feedback if I needed to adjust my form, and give kudos when I was doing something good. Kept me focused and motivated. Will be back!

How to prepare

Please bring a water bottle. Sweat, bath and hand towels are provided. For your second class, Fitwall recommends that you purchase a heart rate strap for $10.80 (with tax), if you don't own one already. Parking is free and in the garage behind the studio. Complimentary chilled eucalyptus infused towels are given at the end of class!

How to get there

*Located on Speer Blvd. in the retail area of 2785 Speer Apartments. Free garage parking is available for all Fitwall visitors. Turn onto Alcott Street off of Speer Blvd. in between the two apartment buildings and you will see a sign that points towards the opening of the garage that says "Fitwall Parking." First timers: please arrive to class 15 minutes early to sign waiver, get comfortable with studio, and be introduced to the coach and Fitwall!

What is ClassPass?
