How to prepare
We provide everything you need for the workout, like workout garment, fully equipped shower facilities, drinking water. Just bring a set of spare underwear, as you are going to sweat and become wet from the EMS setup. We encourage to workout barefoot but if you prefer you can use clean indoor workout shoes.
