About this class

This 50 minute class is guaranteed to make you shake and sweat all while providing complete body toning. This is the ultimate fusion class which is performed on both the Megaformer and TRX. The TRX (Total Body Resistance Exercise) is a body weight training system that allows its user to improve stability, strength, balance, and mobility in an easy to use method that offers hundreds of exercise combinations. This tool can be incredibly effective in delivering an intense and challenging workout to all fitness levels. We combine this class with the Megaformer to maximize your 50 minute workout! You are guaranteed to burn some serious calories during this 50 minute workout! All levels welcome.***Gym shoes are required for the TRX portion of this class and grip socks are required for the Megaformer.

What is ClassPass?
