About this class
Whether you are a Pole “Virgin” or you are a Pole “Master”, this class is for all levels. You will learn the basic moves and spins of pole dancing while giving your body an overall great workout! Advanced girls will be given modifications to ensure they are challenged. We will also be working on our transition moves to ensure gracefulness while you are dancing so we will be body rolling and hip swaying our way into an amazing workout. Exercise is looked at as a chore by many women. Pole Cardio has replaced the word exercise with “FUN.” It is important for us ladies to stick together and encourage each other along our journey in achieving our goals. You will laugh and have more excitement than you ever imagined possible while getting into the best shape of your life. What better way to get fit then to do it, and have fun at the same time.
About this studio
For 13 years Fit for a Goddess has been Oahu's pole fitness and pole dancing studio. Their mission is to empower women from the inside out through dance and fitness.

How to prepare
Remember, no lotion or body oils the day of class. Bring with you a yoga mat, if you do not own one they have $1 Yoga Mat rentals available at the studio. Bring a hand towel and a water bottle. Attire is workout attire such as yoga pants or yoga capris and they will be barefoot.
How to get there
They are located at 320 Ward Ave in Suite 202 on the 2nd Floor. A good land mark is Supercuts and Painting with a Twists that fronts Ward Ave. Parking is available in the open lot and all the visitor stalls are painted in white.
