Have you been intimidated by Boot Camps? When you hear "boot camp," do you think of difficult exercises that you don't really want to do? Guess what? It's definitely not that type of boot camp. These classes are short in duration. They're only 30 minutes. That's it! Can you believe it? 30 minutes! These classes use the tabata principle. That means 20 seconds of movement and 10 seconds of rest. Each tabata is 4 minutes long, and the class has 4 tabata intervals. That all. See? I told you it's not that hard. Everyone can do 20 seconds of movement. Even you! You don't have time to work out, huh? These classes are ideal for people like you that only have a half hour lunch break to exercise. That's it. Just a half hour, and you're done. Lunch Time Boot Camp class provides improvement in energy levels, mental clarity, and a reduction in the probability of contracting a debilitating disease as well! They also take the "dread" out of working out because they are only a half hour.
How to prepare
Please bring a mat, water and a towel to class. Towels and mats are available to rent for $1 at the studio. Lockless cubbies are available as well.
How to get there
There is free parking available in the plaza in front of the building. The studio is located on the second floor inside Trinity Health and Wellness.
