About this class

90 minutes Our user-friendly but challenging general level class. Hip openers, deep twists, upper body strengtheners, bum and ab toners, this fully rounded workout works 100% of the body. It is a combination of Hatha, Power and Ashtanga yoga, Interval and Core Training and offers peak fitness, strength, flexibility and relaxation. Performed to music this class is designed to develop a sense of enjoyment and freedom and to allow one’s breath and energy to fuel the practise. This class is the centre spoke of all the classes and the class they all originate from. Key benefits: upper body, strength, toned bum and abs, grace and fluidity, deep expression of the self.

the class was good, i wasnt impresses with the fact there was no refilling station for your water anywhere in the building other than the loo taps which only provided hot water, so you are forced to buy a plastic bottle of water. As someone who is environmentally concious and trying to reduce my single use plastic use this is enough to put me off using this gym again.

How to prepare

This is Hot yoga so we do advise that you arrive for your class fully hydrated. You'll need two towels (one to practice, one to shower) and some water. Towels can be rented for £1.20 and water is on sale. Mats rental is included. Please feel free to bring your own if you prefer. Lockers (using padlocks), showers with shower gel and shampoo and hair dryers are all available.

How to get there

There is pay and display parking on surrounding streets (Beethoven, Fifth Ave, Oliphant St, Nutbourne St, Dart St, Bravington St) from 8am to 6.30pm Mon to Fri and there is a large pay and display car park on the Kilburn Lane junction with Salisbury Rd. Before 8am and after 6.30pm parking is free on single yellow lines along Kilburn Lane. A short walk from Queen's Park or Kensal Rise stations.
