Instructor was great but the studio, letting 40+ people in a class, was very uncomfortable to be in. People were too close to each other and there was sweat flying everywhere to the point where it became too distracting to focus on poses.

Instructor was really nice but could not believe how many people the studio had allowed to join the same class. Must have been over 40 people in the studio, which meant there was very little space to actually do the positions properly. Would not go again.

Great Class, a little busy, but that’s January, it’ll be different in Feb ????

The workout was good and the facilities were great which was a nice bonus. On the flip side the heat was too excessive round the edge of the room so I’d suggest the middle. Suggestion for future would be to flow from one pose into another as it was a little choppy between each position. Overall experience - positive

The room wasnt hot, it was mildly warm. The instructor didnt perform the class so technique and form out of the window. He did correct here and there a few people but not what I was expecting. It was a very mild version of bikram. Disappointed.

How to prepare

This is Hot yoga so we do advise that you arrive for your class fully hydrated. You'll need two towels (one to practice, one to shower) and some water. Towels can be rented for £1.20 and water is on sale. Mats rental is included. Please feel free to bring your own if you prefer. Lockers (using padlocks), showers with shower gel and shampoo and hair dryers are all available.

How to get there

There is pay and display parking on surrounding streets (Beethoven, Fifth Ave, Oliphant St, Nutbourne St, Dart St, Bravington St) from 8am to 6.30pm Mon to Fri and there is a large pay and display car park on the Kilburn Lane junction with Salisbury Rd. Before 8am and after 6.30pm parking is free on single yellow lines along Kilburn Lane. A short walk from Queen's Park or Kensal Rise stations.
