About this class

75 minutes Our class for beginners, injured, stiff, and unfit. Stiff, Old or Broken (S.O.B) has recently undergone its own modification and rehabilitation in our quest to continually improve our knowledge and skill in the area of working with injuries. You will experience more rehabilitation exercises to strengthen core, lower back, hamstrings and sacrum areas. Safe, effective, scientifically-proven exercises woven into template yoga poses to provide a safe environment for people to bring stabilisation to overly loose or vulnerable areas, as well as flexibility to tight areas. Core and back are safely strengthened and engaged. No other group yoga class is using the latest findings and research in this way. Key benefits: Learn to safely work with your injury or body type, prevent aggravation of injuries, start the healing process, learn that your injury need not stop you doing yoga.

Amazing instructor that really made me welcome as a newcomer. I found it overwhelmingly hot at first but did soon adjust. Definitely need to be well hydrated and bring lots of water with you. Studio large and bright, suitable changing facilities.

This is an excellent class with a calm, patient, and helpful instructor. The pace is adequate for beginners and those who want extra guidance on poses. I love coming on a regular basis to S.O.B.

A great introductory class with an instructor who was mindful of beginners and those with injuries. Plenty of instruction to guide one through the poses. Men's shower facilities were not luxurious yet acceptable. Bring a pair of flip flops for comfort.

Nikki was amazing. Never done yoga before and she was very informative so managed to do the poses.

Great class - not too fast paced and I felt amazing afterwards. It was my first time doing bikram and Gemma was informative and hands on, helping the students to correct their poses wherever possible.

It's a very good class. It's marked as a beginner class and I can imagine it's very hard for a beginner if they don't know yoga at all. I think the expectation is new to hot yoga. Not completely suitable to beginners.
