How to prepare

This is Hot yoga so we do advise that you arrive for your class fully hydrated. You'll need two towels (one to practice, one to shower) and some water. Towels can be rented for £1.20 and water is on sale. Mats rental is £1. Please feel free to bring your own if you prefer. Lockers (using padlocks), showers with shower gel and shampoo and hair dryers are all available.

How to get there

Parking: Pay and display is available on surrounding streets - Regents Park Road, Chalk Farm Road, Gloucester Avenue, Primrose Hill Road, King Henry's Road and there is free 2hr parking in Morrison's supermarket on Chalk Farm Road. Free parking weekends and after 6.30pm, except on the Primrose Hill side of the bridge it is free parking after 6pm. A short walk from Chalk Farm, Kentish Town West, Kentish Town or Camden stations.

Class was good as always, however, the room was particularly busy today so you were too close to others in the class to comfortably do all stretches.

Really busy & no spacing between mats. This is probably the worst fiercegrace - I would go to the Queensway space instead. Very smelly (even for hot yoga) and facilities were dirty and too small for the amount of classes coming in and out. IMO, mats should be free of charge for such a costly class. Instructor was the only good part although if you’re a beginner, this class might be too long for you.

A great workout featuring a lot of key balancing postures. The instructor was very knowledgeable and engaging!

Felt unnecessary pressure from the instructor to do postures I wasn't ready to do. instruction was too fast and unclear.

This class is very stressful; Brooke talks the entire time, like an auctioneer. Its crazy. Every single second of that 90 minute class. Ive never seen anything like it. I remembered I had been to her class before and forgot her name when I signed up for this one, then I recalled 2 minutes in that it was she, the auctioneer. I considered leaving after 15 minutes and had anxiety the entire class.
