About this class
This workout consists of strengthening and toning the upper body and core in a fast paced circuit style. You'll utilize free weights, medicine balls, the jungle gym and sleds to burn fat and tone muscles.

How to prepare
Come prepared to get sweaty! Wear comfortable workout clothes and tennis shoes. They have a water cooler, but recommend bringing your own water bottle to refill as well. Towels and mats are provided, but bring your own if you prefer. Don't be afraid to speak up if you aren't comfortable with an exercise, or are unfamiliar. Their trainers are knowledgeable on exercises, form and anatomy and happy to go into additional explanations about how the workouts and exercises are benefiting you!
How to get there
The gym is located just East of Arizona Avenue, on the south side of Willis Road. Suite 10 is on the north side of the building.
