How to prepare

Socks required for exhale Barre. Sneakers required for exhale HIIT + Cardio classes. NEW GUESTS should show up at least 10 minute prior to class to get acquainted with the workout. Guests not permitted 10 minutes after class start time. No late entrants in exhale HIIT.

How to get there

Upper East Side Find exhale at 980 Madison Avenue between 76th and 77th streets on the second floor. Look for our sign in the window on the second floor! We’re located across the street from the Carlyle.

This class seemed to me to be a mix of barre (small, repeated movements) and yoga. Micaela is a wonderful instructor and constantly moved about the room adjusting and giving advice. She gave options for each move, depending on your ability or how much you could push yourself that day.

What is ClassPass?
