About this class

Short on time? Need a one-stop workout in 30 minutes? Exhale's newest class, HIIT 30, is your answer. It’s nonstop, high-intensity movement, with an ab series at the end. Much like Core Fusion HIIT, you’ll use props and intervals, but it’s all done in one place — on your mat. The scalable, full-body, functional exercises constantly change so your body never gets bored, and the 50-second intervals keep your heart rate pumping. Expect to leave feeling stronger and accomplished. You won't believe what you can get done in 30 minutes. *Sneakers required.

This class is advanced. I workout 6 days a week regularly and I found this 30 minute workout to be intense. Its a lot of squats and lunges, which for me, is a bit hard on my knees. The class is nonstop so its important to know how to get into proper form quickly!

Thank you for your feedback! Keep in mind the class is always changing, so you will see different exercises every time you take it. We always encourage form over reps! Tough class because there is no downtime. If you go to bootcamps, it is nothing that can't be achieved; all moves are repeated twice and all workout staples. Very similar workout to Exhale Core Fusion Extreme, just shorter. Instructor is ok and encouraging, music a little too loud. Thankfully, we were only a handful when I attended but I could see how impossible it could become with even 10ppl in that small space let alone more. Probably best to call beforehand to see how many are booked. All in all a good and effective short workout that will keep your heart pumping and your body sweaty!

How to prepare

Socks required for exhale Barre. Sneakers required for exhale HIIT + Cardio classes. NEW GUESTS should show up at least 10 minute prior to class to get acquainted with the workout. Guests not permitted 10 minutes after class start time. No late entrants in exhale HIIT.

How to get there

Exhale south beach is located on the corner of Collins Ave and 16th Street inside Loews Miami Beach Hotel. Guests can valet at the Loews Hotel or park across the street; there are 2 public parking garages located on 16th Street. Exhale can be found on the ground floor of the St Moritz tower in the hotel.

What is ClassPass?
