Hiit Circuit Class of Modified Pilates exercises consisting of dynamic strength and high intensity cardio intervals to get results fast. (maximum 8 people) – Duration 45 mins Suited to all levels - however best to attend beginners classes prior.

How to prepare
Wear comfortable clothing, allowing free movement and grip socks for safety and hygiene. Their Nourish Cafe has available water & beverages. New to Pilates, please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to class.
How to get there
They are located 2 minute walk from Camberwell Station. 1 Hour metered parking available out front, alternatively 2-4 hours street parking is best on Burwood Rd, Broadway or Cookson Street.
