How to prepare
Try to arrive 10 minutes before your class, to give you time to get changed and ready for your class. If it's your first time you will need to complete some paperwork. We have an integrated physiotherapy clinic and your wellbeing and safety is very important to us. Wear comfortable workout gear. Towels are provided and water is sold on site.
How to get there
Situated on the busy High Street of Lordship Lane, our entrance is located on Bassano Street in SE22. Access to our club couldn't be simpler with a range of buses (40,176,185) stopping right on our doorstep, and east Dulwich station a brisk 5 minute walk away. For landmarks we're right next door to Dulwich Picturehouse cinema. We look forward to welcoming you to ESPH Dulwich soon.
