Not specified in description but it’s Mat Pilates. For an older crowd or very, very beginners. If you workout frequently this isn’t for you!

This class is outstanding! If you like bar classes and Pilates, with a faster pace, youll love this class.

Second time taking This class . Again it gets you sweating and working hard. Cardio, leg work, Pilates, squats, cross overs (like sped skating ), light weight work for arms, yoga type stretches, barre work : pli , releve, arabesque, attitude type movements. A great workout if you havent tried it. Try it when in Miami area near Coconut Grove.

Tried class through ClassPass. Class posted to studio. Was greeted by Kitty (Kitchy). Instructor is social and will help you. Was only instructor, myself, and, one other person. Workout definitely is a little tough. On arms, Pilates workout, some cardio that works legs, solve barre to work glutea and legs. Looks easy until you try it. My legs were trembling after workout and doing barre class toward end. Basic workout movements and yoga movements. Was worth trying. Other classes available.
