About this class

A 45 minute class of TRX. Full body strength training that focuses on core, strength and overall agility. TRX is all about using your body as your machine. The suspension training system allows for your body to work in multiple planes of motion, while engaging muscles and joints simultaneously. Pure TRX is a full body workout that is fun, functional and beneficial for all.

How to prepare

Water & a towel! Please bring cycling shoes with SPD clips or regular sneakers for all spin classes. If you are new to Epic Ryde, please arrive at least 10 minutes early so you have time for proper set up and instruction. Please be on time for the start of class.

How to get there

We are located on 28th and Larimer in the RiNo district of Denver. We have a parking lot on the north side of our building and there is also free street parking around the studio.

Pure TRX with Lily
The coach worked out along side us and never actually looked up at us to check form or walk around the room. It seemed like she was making the workout up as we went and generally seemed “off.” I love the space and have had some great workouts there but this coach needs some work.

DeAnne was great! I havent worked out in a while and I felt this class was doable but challenging. Anytime I did a move wrong, DeAnne corrected me but in a non-embarrassing way. Cant wait for the next class!

This is a pretty tough class for someone who has never done TRX. Let me preface this with that I did arrive 2 mins. However I found the instructor a little more interested in getting her own workout in rather than helping me figure out what the heck I was doing!

This is the difficulty level I expect from a TRX class! Super challenging. Moved a bit fast for beginners and I wondered a few times if it was too fast and risking injury but wish I could make this class more often

What is ClassPass?
