About this class

An intense core workout in just 30-minutes. A strong body must have a strong core, lets build that foundation! Your core is a complex series of muscles, extending far beyond your abs. It is incorporated in almost every movement of the human body. Workout Breakdown: 100% core. Recover Breakdown: since this class is 30-mins, there is no dedicated cool-down.

Fun! Wish it was longer

Good core workout. Nice mix of movements to work all abdominal area. Will work up a little sweat if you push it in each interval.

A bit difficult to follow and wasn't a great core workout. Instructor was nice though. A rare miss for Enrgi Fitness.

Between "warm-up" and transitions this class only ended up being about 15 minutes of work, half of which was solely focused on abs. Class room was too small and mats were slippery. I liked the S.W.A.T class but would not recommend CORE

How to prepare

Please bring a lock to secure your belongings or you can use one of ours. If you are taking a gravity class, wear clothing that is form fitting and allows your body to move easily.  IMPORTANT: ENRGi requires all new clients to show a valid ID upon arrival. To get in press the doorbell and wait for the light to turn green

What is ClassPass?
