It is incorporated in almost every movement of the human body. Workout Breakdown: 100% core. Recover Breakdown: since this class is 30-mins, there is no dedicated cool-down.

How to prepare
Please bring a lock to secure your belongings or you can use one of ours. If you are taking a gravity class, wear clothing that is form fitting and allows your body to move easily. IMPORTANT: ENRGi requires all new clients to show a valid ID upon arrival. To get in press the doorbell and wait for the light to turn green

What is ClassPass?
