STRENGTH – Core – Circuit - A challenging 55 minute interval program with a strong blend of weight lifting, core exercises, and cardio circuits -this one’s about your muscles and your brawn. Strength On the Main Stage: Develop muscular power using advanced total-body exercises that will challenge your muscular strength, muscular endurance, balance and coordination by moving through all planes of motion with multi-joint and compound movements! Core: Integrative core workouts that engage more than just your abs to help you establish a rock solid foundation from which to move. Circuit: Cardio blasts can make an appearance in any class and this one is no exception. Think burpees, skaters, good ‘ol jumping jacks and other crazy-creative exercises our instructors invent just to keep things FUN. Will be modified for all levels.
