CARDIO– Core – Circuit - A challenging 55 minute interval program with a unique blend of cardio, core, and circuit strengthening exercises -this one’s about your heart and your resolve. Cardio On the Main Stage: Steady-state cardio like running, climbing stairs or biking combine with high-intensity plyometrics like air jacks, lateral jumps and squat jumps that will elevate your breathing rate, heart rate and even your mood! Core: Integrative core workouts that engage more than just your abs to help you establish a rock solid foundation from which to move. Circuit: While not the headliner, focused total body strength exercises will make an appearance throughout this class. Will be modified for all levels.
