About this class

Cycling and strength become one in this hybrid 55 min class designed to combine an indoor cardio cycling workout and strength training. It consist of 40 minutes of high intensity cycling followed by 15 minutes of resistance training using weights, bands and other equipment.

For your convenience, there is ample parking at the Green P lot located directly behind the club. Members can access the club from the rear entrance with their key fob. There is also metered parking in front of the club as well as neighborhood street parking. Please press the bell at the front door to be let into eMbody.

What is ClassPass?
