About this class

A 45 minute version of our TRX workout... for people on the go! Utilizing the suspension trainer, we'll target every major muscle group – arms, thighs, glutes, and core and help you build strength, flexibility, muscular endurance and core stability. Open to all fitness levels with modifications and options that allow everyone to work at their own pace or take on more progression.  Barre socks and sports bra recommended.

Great workout if you know how to use trx. The instructor watched and gave basic cues, but did not correct or adjust any of the students who were doing the moves completely wrong. If you understand the principles of trx, youll enjoy this fast paced, full body workout. I would recommend this class for those who dont need a lot of attention from an instructor, and would like more of a supervised workout than an instructional class. The only doubt I had was that the stretching portion at the end felt quite rushed and almost unsafe to go from one intense stretch to another so quickly.

Poor descriptions of the exercises, often using the wrong name of the muscle group to describe what the move is targeting. Also countdowns seem to be off.

Great workout, not my favorite instructor. She has trouble sometimes giving verbal cues during the workout that are correct and specific enough so that you can self correct. Still love this studio and how it kicks my butt when I go

Great total body workout in 45 min. I really enjoy Laurie. She really makes it a point to know her attendees names and uses them throughout the workout for even added encouragement.

This class is tough and gets results! The instructor meant well but many of her explanations or corrections of the exercises were hard to understand.
