NE- Self-massage / Myofascial Release w/ Balls at EHS Pilates & Yoga
About this class
This class will explore techniques for myofascial release, using rollers and a variety of therapy balls. Self-massage can help to speed recovery from injury as well as increase and clarify access to deep core initiation for movement. We will massage and roll ourselves to soften fascia, relax muscles, untie our knots, and then explore how these releases improve our quality of movement. Treat yourself! Could be the best hour you spend all week!!
