About this class

This class will explore techniques for myofascial release, using rollers and a variety of therapy balls. Self-massage can help to speed recovery from injury as well as increase and clarify access to deep core initiation for movement. We will massage and roll ourselves to soften fascia, relax muscles, untie our knots, and then explore how these releases improve our quality of movement. Treat yourself! Could be the best hour you spend all week!! Gratuity is not included in the cost of your reservation. Please remember to tip based on the full amount of the service reserved.

Expensive, ended 10 mins early, and I was disappointed that the instructor didnt come around to check peoples placement and offer corrections. Also wasnt a full body class, but just knees/hamstrings/quads, which wasnt noted anywhere in advance.

Wonderful. Exactly what I needed to help recover from shoulder and elbow injuries. Class was only 45 mins though, not one hour. Would definitely go back as Shannon covers different areas of the body in each class.
