About this class

The Balance & Stability class is a low-impact class for all ages and fitness levels. By combining the Parasetter MINIS and the Pilates Springboard, you will balance and stabilize to help improve your walk and achieve better posture Mixed level group classes are appropriate for those with some prior Pilates experience and no injuries. You will be taking classes with others that have a variety of Pilates experience. Variations and/or modifications will be taught for each level. We recommend comfortable fitting exercise clothing but nothing too loose. Those with long hair, we suggest that you tie it back. • EHS Pilates observes a 12-hour cancellation policy for Group Classes. • All Group Classes run on a 50-minute hour. • If only one (1) client is signed up for a group class, it is trainer’s discretion to run a 1/2 hour private session. • If client is 25 minutes late to any scheduled class without notification it will be considered a late cancellation. Tips for new clients: • Arrive a few minutes early to your first session. • Please wear comfortable workout clothes. Socks are required. • Please bring your own water bottle. We have a hydration station. Classes with only one attendee will run as a 30minute private at trainer’s discretion.

Great for all those dealing with chronic foot, ankle, knee and lower back problems. I learned a few things about my foot use that I've been trying to sort out for years about what was setting me up for metatarsal issues. Educational and subtly challenging balance work using great tools.

The instructor, Monique, loves this class and it shows. She is knowledgeable and engaged, and gets excited for her students when she sees us learn something. This class is unique in SF, and yet our feet and stability are so fundamental to everything else we do. I recommend his highly!

What is ClassPass?
