About this class

A fun and diverse class that offers a range of equipment from the Wunda Chair to the Cadillac to the classic Reformer. The class is 55-minutes and only holds three! If you love it (and you will) be sure to pre-register into the class. It's worth it! • EHS Pilates observes a 12-hour cancellation policy for Group Classes. • If only one (1) client is signed up for a group class, it is trainer’s discretion to run a 1/2 hour private session. • If client is 25 minutes late to any scheduled class without notification it will be considered a late cancellation. Tips for new clients: • Arrive a few minutes early to your first session. • Please wear comfortable workout clothes. Socks are required. • Please bring your own water bottle. We have a hydration station.

This is one of the best classes Ive taken so far. Small class, personal attention and a great instructor. James really took the time to make sure you understood the movements and were using the machines correctly.

First time I've used the big trapeze machines. It was a good workout, with a lot of standing work. Only thing I'll say critically is that this machine is not a great choice if you have problems with your hands or wrists, because so much of the work requires grabbing/pulling a bar.

This class was not a "mixed apparatus" class. It was a very, very basic and beginner-level class which only used the mat and reformer, and not any other equipment as listed in the description. The instructor was welcoming and offered some good adjustments which is why I gave two stars, but the mismatch between the listed class description and difficulty level should be rated 0-1 stars.

Class wasn't particularly challenging but Amy's instruction and corrections on form were excellent. I would honestly rather have a class with so much attention to detail than a super challenging class with an instructor who isn't as attentive. It's a great class format. Really nice to be able to use the Cadillac and other equipment besides just the reformer and springboard.
