About this class

The Pilates Springboard class is a body conditioning program that takes you through warm-ups, core strengthening, upper and lower body strengthening while accommodating a variety of client needs. By combining stretching and strengthing with the Pilates Springboard, you have the ideal workout! Mixed level group classes are appropriate for those with some prior Pilates experience and no injuries. You will be taking classes with others that have a variety of Pilates experience. Variations and/or modifications will be taught for each level. We recommend comfortable fitting exercise clothing but nothing too loose. Those with long hair, we suggest that you tie it back. • EHS Pilates observes a 12-hour cancellation policy for Group Classes. • All Group Classes run on a 50-minute hour. • If only one (1) client is signed up for a group class, it is trainer’s discretion to run a 1/2 hour private session. • If client is 25 minutes late to any scheduled class without notification it will be considered a late cancellation. Tips for new clients: • Arrive a few minutes early to your first session. • Please wear comfortable workout clothes. Socks are required. • Please bring your own water bottle. We have a hydration station. Classes with only one attendee will run as a 30minute private at trainer’s discretion.

How to prepare

Please bring grippy socks as they are REQUIRED for class & otherwise available to purchase at the studio. We do have loaners for a $2 cleaning fee.

How to get there

We are located in the heart of the Mission between 25th & 26th on Valencia. We are a few blocks from 24th St. Bart station. Look for the iconic blue and green building.

Great ab/core exercises along with other areas. Instruction was easy to follow, described in detail, and corrected when needed. This hour flew by, as there were some heart-pumping moments. The movements were interestingly new to me but not complicated.

What is ClassPass?
