About this class
This class is appropriate for those that have High-Intermediate to Advanced Reformer experience. If you are not sure you are ready for an advanced class, please ask the instructor. Find a stronger and more easeful pose when learning or performing advanced Pilates exercises. This class puts emphasis on alignment and biomechanics to bring awareness to common compensatory patterns. Learn how to take your Pilates Reformer practice to the next level with integrity. Pilates repertoire teaches us how to stretch, to stabilize and to strengthen with awareness of our alignment. This class will guide you towards finding more open space in the body, a more satisfying stretch, and a deeper understanding of the core connection in your Pilates practice. We recommend comfortable fitting exercise clothing, but nothing that could catch in the equipment; those with long hair, we recommend you tie it back. • EHS Pilates observes a 12-hour cancellation policy for Group Classes. • All Group Classes run on a 50-minute hour. • If only one (1) client is signed up for a group class, it is trainer’s discretion to run a 1/2 hour private session. • If client is 25 minutes late to any scheduled class without notification it will be considered a late cancellation. Tips for new clients: • Arrive a few minutes early to your first session. • Please wear comfortable workout clothes. Socks are required. • Please bring your own water bottle. We have a hydration station. Classes with only one attendee will run as a 30-minute private at trainer’s discretion.
