About this class

This class focuses on the upper body's “trouble” spots. A variety of tools are used to target your tricep, bicep and shoulders. Floor work is used to shape your core that involves planks, leg lifts, rotational core work and abdominal exercises. This class will give you a top notch core workout you will feel for days! The cardio portion is about treadmill walking and running to achieve a great heart rate throughout the workout. If you like looking great in short sleeves, this class is a must.

Awesome workout!!!

Great variety but I'm not a fan of switching the exercises so quickly since you don't have time to work a specific muscle group. I'm also not a fan of resistance bands for upper body. It's never challenging.

Laura is great! I love this class! It's challenging but she encourages you to listen to your body and go at a pace that is comfortable but also pushing yourself. I feel great and strong throughout and after this workout!
