This class is designed to lengthen and release bodies of all ages and sizes while eliminating chronic tension and movement limitations. The class is restorative in nature, therefore it’s safe for every Body. It's also a great way to cool down after the Apparatus + Mat class! ToeSox required — NO admittance with bare feet or street socks permitted!!!
