Beginner Yoga with Grace
Was really relaxing :)
Beginner Yoga with Bianca
Bianca is fast becoming my fave yoga instructor of all time. She is so good at explaining how to get into the poses well and safely. Truly a good class for beginners. if you have a regular practice this class may feel a bit slow for you but would be good if you want to think about how you can be more mindful of positioning. Also a lovely friendly class that feels approachable. Definitely more of a functional class with Bianca than a purely zen one (eg no music, can hear reformer next door) but good for what it is!
Beginner Yoga with Bianca
I love biancas calm demeanour so much and feel so happy in her classes. I do wish there were more corrections - but I have noticed this across most classes at this studio so it may be a policy(?) to just correct from the front.
Beginner Yoga with Bianca
Bianca is so thoughtful calm and clear. A good class for beginners.

Beginner Yoga with Georgia
Georgia is such a good instructor for beginners. She was really clear in her instructions and pushed us while also being understanding. This class only had 4 people which made it even better - so not sure what it would be like in a bigger group. Defo going back!
Response from the studio:
Thank you! Looking forward to seeing you again soon.
Beginner Yoga with Bianca
Really easy to follow and good for beginners. I have never done yoga before and I felt very supported, safe and also not at all judged / nervous
Response from the studio:
