About this class
A 30 minutes high intensity interval training (HIIT) class that provides both a cardiovascular workout and resitance training with weighted bags, bands, and medicine balls. Your 30 minutes consists of 5 5-minute rounds of timed exercises. Your instructor will lead you in proper technique to make sure you get the most out of your workout. Everything is able to be modified -- all with the goal of achieving YOUR personal best.

How to prepare
Please wear appropriate fitness clothing to class and bring a water bottle. All students work out barefoot.

This studio is located at 2317 Black Rock Tpk, Fairfield, CT 06825, in the lower level of the Fairfield Woods Plaza. Please note: you will need to turn onto Brookside Drive in order to access this lower level.
