About this class
This 30 minute workout targets the muscles of the upper body (biceps, triceps, shoulders, chest, and full back) to get you toned arms and a lean core. The strength exercises are coupled by cardio bursts to keep your heart rate up and the calories burning!

If it's your first time please get to the gym 15 minutes before class and/or gym time to sign a brief waiver.
How to get there
The club is located at Logan and Alameda, between Larkburger and Einstein Bagel. There is plenty of free parking.
