Restorative Yoga at Denver Gym & Fitness
About this class
Restorative yoga is a form of yoga that seeks to achieve physical, mental and emotional relaxation with the aid of props. Throughout, you will use props to make it easier for you to maintain balance while you are stimulating and relaxing your body. Restorative yoga provides healing for the body and the mind, and is especially useful when you need to eliminate fatigue and stress that result from your daily activities. Come join Emily to destress and begin your new week motivated and energized! *Perfect for all levels of practice; Instructors offer modifications to support or challenge students, as needed.
