Power Sculpt
Pros: The class was a really good workout, the instructor was helpful, and the employees were really nice and welcoming. Cons: The class was very crowded which allowed for minimal movement and despite being listed as 1 hour on class pass, it was only a half hour long. The woman at the front desk admitted it was an error on the class pass website. Seeing as this class costs as many points as an hour long class, I probably won't go back.

great workout

This is like an injury waiting to happen. It's a crowded class with limited teacher attention while people are weightlifting. I saw so much bad form and modifications weren't offer. The teacher never asked if anyone had injuries. Also there was no stretching to warm up or cool down. I get that it's a quick class, but at least recommend that people stretch.

So much variety - time goes by quickly.

Justin was very encouraging and helpful with proper usage of the equipment as well as correct posture during the workout. This class is perfect for working up a big sweat in a short period of time and will leave you feeling very satisfied with your workout!
