About this class

HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) challenges your anaerobic and aerobic systems with alternating cardio and strength training. The workout will rev up your metabolism and improve cardiovascular endurance. You will do a variety of exercises using your body weight and equipment such as dumbbells, gliders, balls and more. Modifications Offered. For All Ability Levels.  (Tennis Shoes Needed)

How to get there

In the Vandalia Tower! Just North of 94 and South of University, the Vandalia Tower sits at the intersection of 94 and Vandalia. It is easily accessible via University, Cretin, Cleveland, and 94! Please note, there are several parking spots on the Vandalia Street side, and an ample parking lot in the back. Once you've entered the building you can take the stairs or freight elevator and find us on the third floor in Suite 310.

HIIT with Molly
I give this class 2 stars because it was supposed to be HIIT, the interval training was there but the high intensity was not. I did not break a sweat. I was expecting some more difficult exercises. The instructor was great and the facility was great though.

Great workout. Welcoming instructor. She gave many options for modifications. I think it would have been even more upbeat if they turned up the music a little.

What is ClassPass?
