About this class

This amazing fit class requires no experience. Stretch, move, tone and condition every muscle you have. Stretching has a number of benefits for dancers. Stretching helps keep muscles long and supple, while exercise gives them additional strength. This class will teach how stretching properly before and after a dance workout helps to prevent injury, by making the muscles more pliable. In addition, participants will work on improving posture, increasing flexibility and range of motion and strengthening the muscles. Dedicate an hour to yourself to stretch away the stress of the day! We will have a mat waiting for you! Don't miss this opportunity to infuse your body with a beneficial practice that will enhance your learning and moving at all the classes offered at dance2b.
