About this class
This dance class his a follow-along-format, covering 15-17 songs in one hour. The choreography is intermediate-advanced, but appropriate for all levels who like a challenge. This class is known for being one of the most challenging dance fitness classes in terms of choreography. The set of music will most likely change completely within three months as new songs are choreographed. Most genres of dance and music are explored. Hip hop, street jazz, salsa, dance hall, waaking, twerking and fitness moves are all combined so that participants are constantly learning new patterns, moves experiencing exposure to new music. This class environment is friendly and supportive to newcomers : ) First come, first served. No spots are owned in the class.
