Feeling tight after your cycle session? Experience the benefits of adding in yoga practice to your cycling routine. Their 45-minute post-ride yoga session is perfect for beginner-intermediate participants. All poses are cycling oriented to help maximize your cycling performance by working out those muscles that you tend to neglect during normal stretching. Since they jump right into yoga after cycling, the class size is smaller - max of 12 participants.

How to prepare
A water bottle and towel are recommended for class. Towels and water are also available for purchase at the studio.
