About this class

Sundays at 9am & Thursdays at 5pm! This is a fast-paced class packed with moves to strengthen your core (abs, lower back and trunk). This class utilizes high-intensity interval training to lay the groundwork for a strong core to power your workouts throughout the week. You’ll experience a balanced series of strengthening exercises for the major muscle group using resistance bands, medicine balls, kettlebells, and more.

How to prepare

— Towels are provided on your way in the door. — Private washrooms with showers. — Pre-workout carbs and post workout protein are available (for purchase) in the lobby. — Cubby compartments and hangers are available. — Show up 10 minutes early to settle in.

How to get there

They are located on 902 1st Ave S in Pioneer Square, across from CenturyLink Field. There is street parking nearby, and the Stadium Place parking garage about a block away offers public parking for $3/hour.

What is ClassPass?
