How to prepare

ID is required for check-in. Group Fitness classes - arrive at least 15 mins early to claim your spot. 14 mins before class, Crunch will start releasing non-checked in spots to waitlisted members. Gym time - check in as early as 15 mins early. Bring spin shoes for cycling class. Users can also wear sneakers to spin as all bikes have cages. Bring a lock to store belongings. Instructors are subject to change. For the latest instructor info please check Crunch.com or call the club directly.

Instructor warns you that this is a very fast paced boot camp style class. Not for those just getting back into working out. As a first timer, it was difficult to remember all the combinations and rep count instructions. The regulars seemed to have it down though. You can get away with doing your best (thats what counts). Did not feel very welcome, but it was a great workout.

intense HIIT circuit training. great work out. there are folks in the class who move much faster thru the circuits so just try to stay focused and don't get distracted

Instructor gives too many instructions to follow at once. He will say do W, X, Y, Z for the next 5 mins. All with different rep amounts, very confusing. Also, there is no attention to form. I saw many people who were going for quantity over quality of the reps. I probably won't be back for this class.

Great workout. I wish some of the circuits were written on the mirror because it's hard to remember everything so I felt like I was constantly trying to see what others were doing instead of focusing on my workout
