Offered exclusively at Crunch, this Metabolic Conditioning class can rev your metabolism and will have you burning fat and extra calories for days. Define muscles and condition for peak performance using Jillian’s 3-2-1 interval/circuit training approach – 3 minutes of strength, 2 minutes of cardio and 1 minute of abs, all packed into an intense 30-minute workout.

How to prepare

ID is required for check-in. Group Fitness classes - arrive at least 15 mins early to claim your spot. 14 mins before class, Crunch will start releasing non-checked in spots to waitlisted members. Gym time - check in as early as 15 mins early. Bring spin shoes for cycling class. Users can also wear sneakers to spin as all bikes have cages. Bring a lock to store belongings. Instructors are subject to change. For the latest instructor info please check Crunch.com or call the club directly.
