How to prepare

ID is required for check-in. Group Fitness classes - arrive at least 15 mins early to claim your spot. 14 mins before class, Crunch will start releasing non-checked in spots to waitlisted members. Gym time - check in as early as 15 mins early. Bring spin shoes for cycling class. Users can also wear sneakers to spin as all bikes have cages. Bring a lock to store belongings. Instructors are subject to change. For the latest instructor info please check Crunch.com or call the club directly.

Ass & Abs with Wendy
Class was way too crowded. Way too many credits for such a short class. It was supposed to be 30 minutes but the instructor only taught for 22.

The class was 7 credits for 45 minutes but the class ended early, after only 25 minutes.

The class was over crowded. It was terrible you could not actually workout properly because of how packed the floor was. The instructor is not motivating she doesn't not teach the proper techniques and runs through exercises quickly without correcting form. She one time said, "do you listen to anything I say you are all doing it wrong!" and didn't even take time to correct people and show them. Terrible class
