About this class

Gym time gives you the flexibility to get in your own workout gym-style. Whether you want to hop on a treadmill, elliptical, stairmaster or sculpt and tone with free weights or machines, you can find it all at Crunch. Crunch also has the Stretching Zone, a great place to cool down and get in an ab workout. Gym time also gives you access to Crunch’s full-service locker rooms with Bliss Spa Products, showers, towels, hair dryers, and lockers. Just don’t forget to bring your own lock!

How to prepare

ID is required for check-in. Group Fitness classes - arrive at least 15 mins early to claim your spot. 14 mins before class, Crunch will start releasing non-checked in spots to waitlisted members. Gym time - check in as early as 15 mins early. Bring spin shoes for cycling class. Users can also wear sneakers to spin as all bikes have cages. Bring a lock to store belongings. Instructors are subject to change. For the latest instructor info please check Crunch.com or call the club directly.

Shane was an amazing, upbeat instructor. The class was fast-paced and you feel the burn the entire 30 minutes.

Instructor has good energy, but the class is too crowded for the balancing portion - try not to get kicked by your neighbor.

Awesome, fast-paced class. It's a bit crowded though so I think it would be wonderful if the instructor was on a stage or some sort of lifted area to make it easier to see her!

Trainer wasn't much fun and they are all about turnover at Crunch, but a fun workout nonetheless. Wasn't very welcoming overall.

What is ClassPass?

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
