Cardio-Body Training
Equipment and facilities were in very rough shape. The class was boring and not very challenging. Instructor was not engaged...seemed more interested in doing the exercises quickly than doing them correctly. Little to no instruction or form correction. Also, the music was odd elevator type music with no lyrics. Hip Hop or Top 40 would be so much more motivating. The locker room was clean with body wash, shampoo, conditioner and hair dryers. The lockers do have locks, despite what the description says.

What is ClassPass?
