How it works

About this class

This is a 1-hour class comprised of a group warm-up followed by skill or strength training programmed in advance with total body fitness in mind. Emphasis is on building Strength or a Skill, increasing mobility and flexibility and learning proper safety techniques while working out. Each day is different and helps our Athletes become well-rounded. The second half of the class consists of the Workout of the Day (WOD) which is a time-based activity consisting of multiple combinations of exercise that challenge every aspect of your physical fitness capability. While it pushes each individual to their limits – it offers various modifications and scaled versions of the same movements. Each daily WOD is varied and rarely repeated. The principles of constantly varied – high intensity – functional movements are consistently applied. You snooze, You lose! Do not waste your next chance to sign up for our WOD !

Spacious place with lots of equipment. Coach is very motivating and pushes u to keep going. During the strength/ skill segment, he demonstrates how you are supposed to do it. He corrects your form and takes videos of what you did and explains where you did well & what to improve on. Intense workout to start the day, but no regrets ! ????

How to prepare

1. Drop in First Try coming in 15 mins earlier to familiarize and let us know your concerns. 2. Ditch Loose, Baggy Gear Comfortable active gear that’s not too loose but fits well. 3. Trainer Shoes Wear training shoes, not running shoes. Many first-timers don’t know the difference, but after working out in a training shoe, you’ll sure feel that difference on your feet. 4. Fuel with Lighter Fare Before Training A little bit of protein, a little bit of carbs, nothing too crazy—just a small meal like a banana, sandwich or sports drink.
