About this class

When muscle meets yoga, Sculpt is born. Boost metabolism and build lean muscle mass as you move to upbeat tracks. You’ll combine free weights with CorePower Yoga 2 (C2) sequencing and cardio to intensify each pose while mixing in strength-training moves like squats, lunges and bicep curls. It is recommended that you take at least one CorePower level 1 or 2 (C1 or C2) class before a Yoga Sculpt class.

How to prepare

Please show up at least 10 minutes prior to class. Most CorePower Yoga studios will close the doors at the start of class because the instructors who check users in must teach, so you may risk getting locked out. Also, don’t forget your mat, towel and water! In case you forget, CorePower Yoga studios offer mat and towel rentals and bottles of water for purchase.

How to get there

They are located on the southeast corner of Fremont and Howard Street. The Fremont Street studio is easily accessible from Interstate 80.

The instructor was very energetic. Its definitely an intense workout. Its in a heated room. Highly recommend for those who want to tone their body. Lots of swearing.

Jenna is a great balance between pushing you to your full potential yet avoiding you from overworking yourself. Unlike the other yoga sculpt instructors I have had, her class feels less boot camp like and more like a full on sweat party. She has an awesome music playlist that pumps you up to do the moves that she instructs.

What is ClassPass?
