How to prepare

Please show up at least 10 minutes prior to class. Most CorePower Yoga studios will close the doors at the start of class because the instructors who check users in must teach, so you may risk getting locked out. Also, don’t forget your mat, towel and water! In case you forget, CorePower Yoga studios offer mat and towel rentals and bottles of water for purchase.

How to get there

They are located on the southeast corner of Fremont and Howard Street. The Fremont Street studio is easily accessible from Interstate 80.

This is one of my favorite classes at Corepower. I think I was a little sore the day after from the core work and twisting. I LOVE this place!

I really liked this class. Melinda was great and we got some great core work in. Very sweaty. One suggestion is to play the music a little softer, but otherwise awesome.

The showers are disgusting, there is no hairspray you need to pay for your towel and mat. The mat smelled terrible. The actual instruction was great but I left more stressed than when I came in.

Super sweaty! Good paced vinyasa for the heat and challenging in a manageable way. Instructor suggested great adjustments and was very encouraging. I recommend it for intermediate to more advanced practitioners.

What is ClassPass?

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on.
