What to Bring: For C1, C1.5, C2 & C3 classes, bring a bottle of water, a towel and a yoga mat. Wear fitted workout clothes, ideally ones that wick away moisture. *While no heat is added during C1 classes, the practice room can reach temperatures up to 85 degrees due to earlier yoga classes. How to prepare

Please show up at least 10 minutes prior to class. Most CorePower Yoga studios will close the doors at the start of class because the instructors who check users in must teach, so you may risk getting locked out. Also, don’t forget your mat, towel and water! In case you forget, CorePower Yoga studios offer mat and towel rentals and bottles of water for purchase.

How to get there

They are located on the southeast corner of Fremont and Howard Street. The Fremont Street studio is easily accessible from Interstate 80.

Great intro class. Rachel was so nice and had the most calm and welcoming energy. Room was cooler than the warnings
C1 - CorePower Yoga 1 with Caroline
Im usually more C2 level but I loved this class. It was a perfect basic yoga class, I felt very wrung out and it was nice to slow down and focus on improving some foundational postures. Caroline was wonderful, the right amount of yoga teacher without being over the top. She gave me a great little hands-on session during shavasana that was exactly what I needed. Nice way to end the weekend.

Caroline was a great instructor! The class was well structured, and broken down easily for beginners. Definitely feel like this was a great foundational class.
