How it works

About this class

Unroll your yoga mat for an invigorating full-body flow where you’ll explore the yoga postures and fundamental principles of Vinyasa yoga. Our C1 class is set to inspiring tunes, and is a foundation-building yoga class that will work every muscle through movement and breath at a moderate, but intuitive pace. What to Bring: For C1, C1.5, C2 & C3 classes, bring a bottle of water, a towel and a yoga mat. Wear fitted workout clothes, ideally ones that wick away moisture. *While no heat is added during C1 classes, the practice room can reach temperatures up to 85 degrees due to earlier yoga classes. Unheated* No Added Humidity Beginner Friendly

How to prepare

Please show up at least 10 minutes prior to class. Most CorePower Yoga studios will close the doors at the start of class because the instructors who check users in must teach, so you may risk getting locked out. Also, don’t forget your mat, towel and water! In case you forget, CorePower Yoga studios offer mat and towel rentals and bottles of water for purchase.

How to get there

They are located on the southeast corner of Fremont and Howard Street. The Fremont Street studio is easily accessible from Interstate 80.
