How to prepare

Please show up at least 10 minutes prior to class. Most CorePower Yoga studios will close the doors at the start of class because the instructors who check users in must teach, so you may risk getting locked out. Also, don’t forget your mat, towel and water! In case you forget, CorePower Yoga studios offer mat and towel rentals and bottles of water for purchase.

How to get there

- Please arrive 10 minutes prior to the start of class, so you have time to sign a waiver and get settled. - Honor the yoga room as a quiet space - it may be the only quiet hour you have all day! - Please leave all belongings in the locker rooms, including shoes and cell phones.

YS - Yoga Sculpt with Michelle
Michelle’s routines are so always great. There is a logical flow and everything leads into the next exercise. It’s an amazing workout because of this. It’s not the hardest work, but it’s the smartest work, so it’s the best work. She is also very energetic and motivational. Highly recommend her. She’s probably the best.
